| Can someone please remind me, is it the juveniles of Carpenteria palms which have that serrated/ "tattered" edge? If so, I have just given away a few by mistake....
Thanks!

| 1st leaf Carpies look similar to Alexandra juveniles except they are a shinier, darker different green with no grey underneath the leaves. As the seedlings develop more leaves, they obtain jagged edges. I have just given away hundreds of them. Andrew. |

| Thanks Andrew, it appears likely that's what they were. Just this evening I had a visitor to the backyard, a neighbour's relation. Very nice chap who told me the names of all my plants with great confidence, I know some of his IDs were just wild guesses :) Rose |
