the fringed lillie is it the same plant as the fringed violet and can any body tell me any think bout this plant thank you

No, the fringed lily is Thysanotus:

The fringed violet is Viola sagittata:

These two flowers are from completely different families.

You are not the only one confused, however. Most of the images I googled for "fringed violet" are actually fringed lily.

It beats me how anyone could call a plant a violet when it is actually a lily.
