| Can someone tell me how to propagate Waterhousia Floribunda, please? My mother has a cutting that she is wanting to bonsai but I can't find any propagation for it anywhere on the net.
Many thanks

| Pam Says in "Growing Aust Plants from Seed" Ralph, that your plant can be grown easily from seed. It is in the Myrtaceae family, small seeds like Euc. The spelling in this book is "Waterhousea", maybe if you did a search on that. Hope this is a bit of help to you. Popi |

| Waterhousea Floribunda is, indeed, a myrtle. Although I havent grown mine from seed, I must say that it took a considerable amount of time (6 months, by my estimate) to take off, but now shows every sign of being the tree that it will one day become. Some of my Syzygium and Acmena myrtles are showing signs of stress in the Rocky summer, but the WF cant seem to get enough of it. Good luck with your propagation endeavours. |
