butterfly attracting plants

what sort of plants can i use to attract native butterflies? i'm after ones they lay eggs on, the butterflies i'm interested in are the blues and greens, are cairns birdwing found in central qld?

Id recommend the native Aristolochia vines but be careful that you dont plant the exotic ones bacuse while the butterflies will lay their eggs on them the caterpillars will die. Also Evodiella muelerri is a lovely small tree/large shrub which is a food source for both caterpillars and adults, but will also attract birds which could prey on the butterflies you attract.
I know that Buddleia is a good butterfly attractor but is exotic and Im told potentially weedy.
