ID question from the U.S.

Hello,
My husband recently returned from a visit to lovely Perth. We live in California, and while many of your plants were familiar to him, he couldn't identify one flower that he really liked (link below; the bicolor one is the one we are wondering about, not the kangaroo paw, of which I have several). Thanks for any help that anyone can provide!

Pimelea physodes or Qualup's bells. Many member's in our group in Melbourne grow this, I think mainly in pots. One of the more spectacular plants from a spectacular genus. The others tend to be very different and known as rice flowers.

Thank you very much danili! Very interesting plant. My husband mentioned that the parks in Perth were trying to replace many of their plantings with Australian natives, so we suspected it might be native.
