quince tree from seed...HELP!

Posted by lorettabingo Thunder Bay,On,Canad (My Page) on

I have started a quince from seed, from a fruit from the grocery store. It's a stick, pretty much. Now that it's outside, maybe it'll come along? Should I transplant into a bigger pot? It's not even 24" tall. Because we are zone 3b, it'll have to come inside for the winter....will I have any luck? I sure would appreciate any help...

RE: quince tree from seed...HELP!

I can't help you, unfortunately, because I'm not much of a gardener, but I would like to say Thunder Bay is a nice area. I remember driving to a nearby lookout on the main road, around the lake foreshore (where there were a lot of boatsheds) and to a major waterfall some distance away. I can't remember any names now, because it was 20 years ago.
