Callistemon little john dying shoots

I have 4 little john callistemon that have been planted for approx 1 month. Every new shoot they put out seems to turn grey and die.

I have read about the webbing caterpiller, but I can't seem to find any on the plant though. I have put some links to photos below


Can you let me know what is happenning and how I can treat it please

Over all it looks pretty healthy to me. Perhaps you should just leave it alone and see what happens in spring.
