 o
Australian native companion planting

Hello,
Our garden is mainly Australian natives(live in QLD), however we have a few camillas also. I can't bring myself to destroy them in order to replace with natives. The compromise is planting inbetween the trees. I have tried searching on the internet for companion plants that would look good but none of them are natives. THe area btw camillas is 1.5-2 metres wide and 1 metre deep. The height would be about 3-4metres maximum.

Can you suggest any native varieties that would suit?
Thank you for your time.
