Lilly Pilly Berries/Fruit

Are the berries/fruit of Lilly Pilly toxic do dogs? I have a dog run that we will be extending to incorporate 2 Lilly Pilly trees currently about 6 ft tall. They will provide some shade from the afternoon sun, but if they are going to cause problems for my dog, then I'll have to rethink what to do & and I'd hate to have to dig them out now they are so big! Many thanks!

RE: Lilly Pilly Berries/Fruit

I've never heard of any problem with them, Mishka. People can eat them, so I would imagine they'd be safe for dogs. They wouldn't contain any chocolate-like drug.
