Diseased Leaves: Grevilliea victoriae

Hello All
We planted 10 Grevillea victoriae in a new garden bed some 8-10 months ago. Most have developed a yellow dicolouration on the leaf tips which gradually turns brown indicating the end of that leaf is dead and then spreads.
I have been to local nurseries who suggested it was receiving too much water but that was not the case. Another thought we should not have planted them with water retaining crystals and yet another said to add seasol.
I dearly want them to survive, any clues?

What soil type did you plant them into??? Did you prepare the beds before planting and what did you prepare them with Are the garden beds raised?? Most grevillea like dry feet so water crystals might be the issue most proteacea plants prefer dry feet and poor soils |
