Getting grass triggerplant to flower

| I have some grass triggerplants that i bought in flower but havent flowered since. They are a bit pot bound, repot them?

Do they occur naturally up there in QLD. I always reckon that plants that have trouble flowering are simply out of their natural range and climate. The grass Kikuyu doesn't flower in Victoria for this reason.
Of course the garden show hosts' answer is always put some potash on it but this seems rather simplistic to me. |
