The first is an attractive looking shrub about 2 metres high. Possibly a hop bush?

Ah, so it's a deficiency. That's a shame, I like it!

The 1st one has slightly grey hairy leaves - nice to touch. I think it's coming into flower, might be easier to ID then.

3rd pic looks like the Hovea acutifolia I have growing outsidede my kitchen window.

Fairly sure now that the 1st is a silver mulga acacia.
