Help!

A few years ago I bought what I think was a Leptospermum or Melaleuca from a nursery under the commercial name of The Australian Bush Rose. Does anybody know its correct botancial name. I would be most greatful as I am after a few more of these wonderful plants.

Thanks

Did it flower? If so you may be able to get some seeds. I have seen it on eBay but can't remember the name. Try the plant finder.

There is a very pretty shrub called Archirhodomyrtus beckleri also known as Rose Myrtle. Its flower does not resemble a rose at all but it is a very attractive plant.

The only Australian "rose" I know of is the Boronia serrulata or Native Rose.
I have one in a pot and it flowers religiously in the Spring.

The joy of common names hey, I only know a desert rose, but it is of the hibiscus family I believe. Good Luck.

There is also the Kosciusco rose, a Pimelia.
