I can't find this flower. Someone told me it's a poranthera, but it doesn't look like euphorbia?? Can anyone help me?

I've never heard of it nor do I recognise the flower. Don't think it's an Australian native. If it's a euphorbia it will have milky white sap, does it? Maybe you could try the Garden Web's 'Name That Plant' forum. Someone there is bound to know.
