Native Australian bulbs

Can anyone refer me to an internet site that describes and illustrates native bulbs, particularly those found in southwest Australia?

Thanks,
Joe

I can only be mildly helpful - but you will find a few described on my blogsite:
Proiphys cunninghamii - Dec08 and April 09
Crinum flaccidum - Dec08
Calostemma luteum - Jan10
These are plants of southern Queensland, so perhaps not what you want?

Thanks Trish.

I poked around and did find mention of other species of Proiphys native to your southwest and read that Calostemma luteum does range along the south boundaries to the southwest ecoregions.

I just now visited your website. Quite nice.

Did you know that there are some very nice hybrids of intergrades of Calostemma luteum and C. purpureum? Could be some fun -- and profitable -- work for an amateur breeder/selector.

Joe
