| Hello
I have recently been given some Dodonea triquetra and Dianella seeds. Do they need any special treatment before sowing ?

| I have found fresh Dianella seed is very easy to germinate - just squeeze the seed out of the fruit and give a good wash by placing in a jar with water and shaking vigourously leave to sit overnight in water then plant depth of seed under the seed raising mix. Sorry - have had no experience with dodonea. |

| I have had a lot of success with Dodonaea, I use fresh seed, its pretty small, just sprinkle on seed raising mix. Depth of seed under the mix, as in Dianella, should pop up in a few weeks. Happy propagating. |
