| I'm very happy with the way my "Vap Ca" is growing and would love to hear others uses for this plant. It's clearly an aquired taste but I get the impression it could be very nice used in the right way. Does anyone here use it in cooking, what recipes and how? |

| I shred the leaves and use them in salads and cold rolls. |
