| Does anyone have recipes using parsley root (Hamburg or turnip-root parsley) they could share? NOT tea or soup, please. |

| Daisy, these are not recipes but suggestions which I hope will help. They can be roasted, as you would parsnips, grated into salads or mashed with potatoes. |
