| g'day, i've just acquired a pineapple sage plant, and although the smell is great, and it's a nice looking plant and all, are there any useful purposes for this?. is there any secret sage business going on i should know about?, or should i just sit back and enjoy*bliss* |

| Use the fresh leaves too add an interesting flavour to teas, fruit drinks, fruit dishes and salads. Use the sweet flowers as an edible garnish, in salads, sandwiches and desserts. Batter leaves, fry and serve with cream. Good with chicken, cheese and in jams. Thread leaves between meat and mushrooms, onions or capsicum on kebabs. |

| thanx you guys, i'll have to have you over to supper. a herb omelette and ice cream with deep fried sage leaves, very exotic. |
