I live in Adelaide and want to make my own tinture using dandelion root, burdock root, sassafras, licorice root, ginger root and echinaeca root as a detox.
Also Barberry Root, Chamomile, Dandelion Root, Hourhound, St Johns Wort, Tansy, Betony, Yellow Dock and Milk Thistle.
I would like to know where in Adelaide I can purchase FRESH ORGAINC HERBS? Does anyone know what is the difference in quality or strength of herb by using Vegitable Glycerin as apposed to Vodka or Rum?
Any other recipe for a Spring detox would be appreciated.
I have been to Marnie's on Cross Roads and found their herbs unsuitable, the person I spoke to did not know if they were organic or where they came from! Also I could not buy in small quantities!
