 o
pots of seedlings

Am becoming disgruntled re the sale of for example, 3 inch pots of seedlings which have been poorly sown. That is, a pinch of seeds has been sown in 1 spot, resulting in approx 20 seedlings germinating but all intertwined with each other and impossible to transplant without mortally damaging their young roots. The labels often don't have an address of the source. I often wish to reduce the time from seed to transplant by buying seedlings but it's becoming problematical.I dont have a lot of success with sowing my own. Any ideas about to where I can generally complain, please?

Yes, that's annoying, suggest you complain to the shop from whence they came. Or buy those punnets that have individual cells in them.
