Dave, arugula is simply the Italian name for Rocket. You should be able to find rocket in most nurseries either as plants or seeds.

Botanical name for rocket is Eruca sativa, or E. vesicaria. Be warned! The name 'rocket' is very apt. It takes off fast, and grows even faster.
