| Dave, arugula is simply the Italian name for Rocket. You should be able to find rocket in most nurseries either as plants or seeds. |

| Botanical name for rocket is Eruca sativa, or E. vesicaria. Be warned! The name 'rocket' is very apt. It takes off fast, and grows even faster. |
