| Refer to my reply on the thread linked below. Remember that Winter Tarragon becomes dormant in winter, and will die back to almost nothing. So you might be better to wait until spring before taking cuttings, or if you're in a hurry, make sure you put them in a plastic tent to simulate hothouse conditions. |
