Winter Tarragon Cuttings

A few months ago I brought Winter Tarragon it has taken off in my clay soil really well. It has just started to flower. My question is how would I take cuttings to grow more? I cut some off and planted them but it didnt work.

Refer to my reply on the thread linked below. Remember that Winter Tarragon becomes dormant in winter, and will die back to almost nothing. So you might be better to wait until spring before taking cuttings, or if you're in a hurry, make sure you put them in a plastic tent to simulate hothouse conditions.
