I've heared that the tea tree plantations use the spent stems/leaves of their oil harvest for a mulch. Since the aromatics of rosemary come from the oils in the leaves, once these oils have been extracted by steam distilation, i'd doubt you could find much other usage for the stems and leaves. Some other applications you could use for your plantation may include herbal cooking oils, vinegars, fragrant cloth bags filled with herbs for placing in linen cupboards or under pillows, etc.

Try typing "rosemary" in the hortiplex database on the home page of this web site. Go to "Plants for a Future" and they normally list all the uses for the oil and other parts.

Have you thought about packaging the longish/straight stems as kebab sticks?? I've seen this done on a few of the tv cooking shows.
