| I really enjoyed this book from my local library: The Great Herb Tour by Australian, Christina Hindhaugh, winner of a Churchill Fellowship to study the herb industry. She and her farmer husband (western district Victoria) visited herb farms in America, France and England. It's a fun account of the trip - lots of info on herbs - botony, folklore and uses. Great fun - I loved it. Anyone else read this? |
