theres lots of natural remedies you can do for digestion too besides herbs.eating smaller meals so that you dont overload the stomach. drinking water (2 litres a day) helps with constipation and keeps you hydrated if things go the other way.eat fruit and veg for fibre every day - a processed floury diet is not going to make your stomach happy.listen to your stomach and what its saying to you. if you eat onions and they make you gassy then try to eliminate them from your diet.our modern diet of processed foods doesnt agree with everyone so some people may need to get back to basics and lots of fresh food that thier stomach can handle. sorry if this is too off topic :)
