Source of Tree Dahlia?

Does anyone know where I can get a tree Dahlia "bulb" or plant?
Most dahlia growers don't want to know about this great plant.

| Michael I can send you a pink tree dahlia. The wind and rain flattened mine this week but there are a couple of small bulbs there. |

| The tree dahlia will grow from the canes (ie. the ones flattened by the wind). Just lie them horizontally on the ground and cover with soil; you should get new shoots from along the whole cane. |
