Thanks to all the Gwebbers and everyone else who visited our Garden last weekend.
Hope you all had a great time and went away with some inspiration for your Garden.
I cannot be cured I am already planning a number of new projects for next year.
We had about 750 visitors which was down by a little from last year, seems the Open Garden Scheme is suffering fro the drought because numbers are down everywhere.
We were not left with many plants at the end of Sunday.
Had a couple of beers and Pizza and slept like a log, it's quite an effort to put this on.
Anyway it was nice to meet everyone and to receive some plants and cuttings from Gwebbers.
Thanks to all who came.
I will eventually go through the 500 photos I took and put the best ones onto the 'Photobucket' site.
Off to the Sunshine coast for a bit of a break now.

| Thanks for showing us. The only thing that stopped us coming was distance and time. We have only ever been to one open garden as that seems to be all that is in the local district. Time limits us going too far to look at other areas. Even from the photos I have seen, your garden has inspired me. Keep up the good work and thanks for the effort you put in. It is good to see someone who works so hard for the love of it and not for a monetary cause. |
