white spots on black bean plant

| I have a black bean plant indoors. It's been doing well for almost a year, but lately it has developed white spots along the stem and branch stems. The spots are growing and the plant is looking unhealthy.
What would this be? Can I cure it? |

perhaps a copper based medication
seems to cure most complaints on plants good luck from garden_worm |
