Go to a bigger nursery perhaps? Even if they don't have the varieties you want they can probably get them in for you. One we have found to be a very tasty eating grape with very few pips is Flame Seedless.
It's probably too late. They normally have them in July/August, but there may still be some around. I bought mine from Bunnings and they had about 10 varieties.
