Campbell/Spocks site is now back up and running - thing is the URL has changed to .com.au - instead of just .com - so you'll have to change your bookmarks to get there and check it out.

Marvelous Mulch Mover
CAn you supply the whole URL. Maybe if you code it somehow - like spell it backwards - the evil machine will not detect and delete the message.

What happenned to all the forum mongers of old ? I used to enjoy taunting them and disrespecting their endless photos of roses.
Sure gardenlen and his ilk still patrol the perimeter. But his last run in with the Yowies has somehow tempered his famous firey tirades. Sad. Still I can't taunt away on my own

dnnaa - I thort you'd been got by a bloody yowie LOL - - all the rose posters seem to be at "that other site" - you've scared them off LOL

why not drop in and test the waters on yowie spotting??

gardenlen seems to be everywhere - except the other site - he lurks furtively (ROFLMAO) on a permaculture site and drops in some good tips for the greenies there

I know what you mean - gardenlen does seem to be everywhere. His already formidable reputation for diseminating wisdom on all manner of horticultural areas - from tractor levitation through to ervine aviation - has continued to inflate with his every utterance.
Even the ever-spiteful and persistently disagreeable Uncle Remiggio occassionally lowers his facade of arrogant disdain to reveal a glimmer of poorly hidden admiration for the "wise one" as he calls gardenlen - more in sarcasm than in genuine respect.
When lurking in the shadows of my favourite shopping centre, I often wonder what would happen if gardenlen ever met face to face with gardenlen, or vise versa. Indeed, the two are never observed in the same place at the same time !

RE: that other site

I can't publish the address here - garden web has an anti cometition bot in its system which stops naming other garden sites - but if you replace "dot" with a "." in the following you'll find it

wwwdotausgardendotcomdotau then click on the forum to have a look or register

RE: that other site

currently i am lurking less and less in the aus.garden section of g.w as i.v have reached a new low in flooding each click with pop up's wanting to open, even using firefox doesn't help that much anymore, this is my first visit for near on a week. have spoken to others who sadly are not even lurking here anymore, for the reasons mentioned above.

len

Here is a link that might be useful: len's garden page

RE: that other site

Hello all,
I don't have any trouble with garden web-but i am missing seeing the pics from all you clever people out there-apart from Misty who has some great roses. Maybe your roses aren't-as good this year?,don't be scared to show them as we know everyone still has a look at the forums on gw.
good luck in your gardening
