Complete fertilisers are usually defined as containing all three macronutrients: nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. It's probably not a particularly useful term in Australia, where most of the off the shelf fertilisers are complete anyway, and gives no indication of the NPK ratio or the presence of micronutrients. If you see a recommendation for a complete fertiliser use a general 'all purpose' fertiliser unless they list a specific NPK (be aware that Australia uses a different NPK system to most other countries so factor this in when following overseas NPK recommendations) |
