Can anyone tell me when the native Wisteria Pongamia pinnata is in flower and when its seeds are ripe for collection for germination?
Many thanks Jan

Yo, Jan!
There are a couple as street trees outside DH's office in Mackay. I'll check them when I go over town this morning. I get excellent results by raking up the fallen pods, dumping them in a forgotten corner and returning to seedlings in a couple of months.

I am quite into this tree, it's being mentioned lately in the context of bio-diesel. Is that your interest?

Cheers
Rose
