White cut Flowers/plants for mid-February

Suggestions would be appreciated please for white flowering plants which need to be planted and suitable for use (either as cut flowers and/or pots of flowering plants for a garden wedding in mid February.

I am writing from the US. How about narcissus paperwhites from bulbs. You can force them indoors with rocks and water in a pot or vase.It takes about six weeks.

February is Mid Summer here and much too warm for those..

White Double Gerbera and the single ones they can be potted. Roses there is a trick to get them to flower at a certain time.
Gypsophila, Carnations, Daisy, Lobelia, Asters, Iris, Dahlia, Impatiens, Petunia, Canna lily, Calla Lily, Gladiolus all have white varieties...

There are plenty out there this list may help a little...MM.
