Thanks gardening people. |

| For me autumn is the best time for cuttings, it grows easily here, that said ours is ideal climate for lavenders, hot and dry 6 months, mild, dry and beautiful for three and semi wet and cool (no frosts) for the rest. It self seeds here as well so I only did cuttings when I wanted a hedge (now it's gone :-)) |

HI ya, I grew it up here in Qld, it grew successfully without flowers, though not from cuttings. I lost them when we had sooooo much rain, and the drainage was poor. Good luck with yours. |

| Grows really easily from cuttings, even in Winter. Just snip off some tips about 10 cms long, remove botton half of leaves, dip in honey and stick in a small pot. Will strike more quickly and reliably if you cover the pot with plastic - a cut-off soft-drink bottle is good, and you probably won't have to water it if the soil is damp to start with. |
