Ornamental Trees around Fenceline

Hi

I want to plant silver birch or ornamental pears or frisa's or the like around my front picket fence on a corner block.

Can you recomend any nurseries in Melbourne? I believe bare rooted season is upon us and therefore trees about 6ft are around $20-25 rather than $35 is say the silver birch example.

Any other tree ideas

I would consider how tall you want the trees, or shrubs to get.

Also consider how much work you would want to do pruning the row of trees, shrubs.

How much light or sun is another consideration.

Type of soil.

Consider what you want the screen of trees to do. Do you want them to block out your house from the street ?

Perhaps you would like to create a mini bird forest.

Some ideas for you to consider.

Or maybe you have already planted it all out.
