What sort of health benefits have you got from eating the fruit?

You posted this in May...have you grown this plant yet ?

I have read a bit about it on the US forums, and people seem to grow it from the fruit, there are tiny seeds inside it.

From what I have read it grows quite well in a vaiety of climates.
