I think my Grevillea Honey Gem has borers but I am not sure how to deal with them. Does anybody have any ideas?

Thanks
GH

Yep get a piece of wire and get into those holes and turn it a few times that will fix them up.

You could then / also squirt a bit of insecticide down the hole, then plug it up with a bit of softened soap. (A Shirley Stackhouse tip)

I would get rid of it and plant a new one, borers are very hard to beat.
