Well, I managed to do it!! Here's how.
At very top of forum page - next to I VILLAGE LOGO (welcome! your profile or logout) click on your profile and the page will appear ready to be edited. You can be creative in it but must select XX from the dropdown menu for state and use 12345 as zip code (also check your year ob as it seems to default to 1904 which may be a worry to some) |

| Well done Robyn and by reading from your Members page you would think that you lived South of Brisbane. I live in a street where the Logan River runs and it gets very cold here overnight and early mornings during the Winter, freezing actually being up 1200-1500mm off the ground with the whole house having Tassie Oak floorboards does not help either. So it rip roaring fires here in the combustion heater for about two months of the year day and night sometimes, as our temp can get down to 3 degrees here as well. Yes I have been in to change my year of birth getting old I am but no way over 100 years..Thanks for sharing. Cheers....MM. |

| I have tried many times to change my member information, and thanks for the above info plantsplus which I have used, but it just won't save when I click the "save member" button. It just reverts back to the page "as you are about to change personal details please put in again your user name and password" and doesn't save the changes. This page also comes up first when I click the YOUR PROFILE icon and you plantsplus mention that the membership page "will appear ready to be edited"....this page comes up 2nd. Hope someone can make sense of all this as my circumstances have changed and I would like to have the correct information available. I'm sure it is just something simple I'm not doing etc... however, it is becoming rather frustrating. |

Thanks plantsplus - was able to follow your instructions and it worked for me. Noticed however, that I had to repeat my user name and password during the process before the edit profile page came up. But XX and 12345 certainly worked. Allan |

Have just received an email from the Tech people who are working on the problem. The suggestion was to type 00000 in the zip code which would allow the profile to be changed and saved. Allan |
