Help with identification of pink 'lily' please

About 5 years ago Michelle bought the plant (see photo)which has most attractive pink lily or crocus-like flowers. It stands about 15-18 inches high; the leaves are strap-like; a tri-lobed seed pod can be seen at top left of photo. The seeds are flat papery discs about 1/4 inch across. The plant has self-sown extensively in a semishaded area.
Michelle was told that it was an Australian native. We have taken photos to numerous nurseries without luck.
Could someone help please?
Thank you in anticipation
