I'd like to know what the insurance company would say about it?
Come to think of it, do you reckon there is a clause anywhere in your policy to say that you CAN'T build a swimming pool in your lounge room? |

I can see that being punctured at some stage and flooding the house. It probably won't cause any more damage than when I left a laundry tap running and went out for a few hours. I have heard many horror stories of people doing exactly the same thing, for longer periods. The insurance company didn't complain about that. At least the levels should be right for the pool.
I wouldn't mind betting it's a rental property! |

That's a thought, Marion.
You know, a lady who lived near my mother years ago, had some vandal rip a hole in the screen in a back window, feed the garden hose thru the security screen and then turned it on! She was out, of course, and the entire house was flooded by the time she got home.
Apparently, some of the local louts had a grudge against her for something that she had done. |

| Gosh I've been wondering where I could fit a water tank. Hmmm, haven't used the "conversation pit" for years. And if I moved the lounge against the wall in the lounge-room.... interesting. |
