Does Tetrapanax papyrifera exist inNew Zealand?

Wondering if any one has heard of it in NZ and if they have where one might get some... I live in Bay of Plenty....

Haven't personally seen one but it could be sold as either Fatsia papyrifera, or Aralia papyrifera - as an indoor foliage plant.

If Parva Plants is within reach, ask them for direction to a grower/supplier in your area or north. They seem to have wide contacts.

Yes it is in NZ but classed as a not wanted plant, I am not sure if it is on the banned list or very close to it.
