I think I'd agree with the use of pectin rather than using lemon juice. Possibly mixing with apples to get the 'set' you're wanting. The worst bit is bound to be taking out those big brown seeds! Me? I'd rather eat them fresh. Hope your jam turns out well. Or that cobbler. It sounded yummy! |
