Killing jasmine.

| This request is on behalf of a neighbour.She has cut down a huge jasmine vine and now it is sending up 'runners'near the original plant.What can these be sprayed with to kill them off and stop any further regrowth? |

Try Woody Weed Killer ( Yates) and add Pulse it won't happen overnight but it will happen. Spray everytime it starts to grow new shoots.
