RE: Very curious tree.....

Once upon a time, a long time ago, there was a pirate chief who retired to the French Riviera and buried his vast treasure.

Then someone planted a little Crassula over that place. A 'Money Tree' . It grew magnificently. When it reached two metres tall its roots had found the old pile of dubloons and pieces of eight.

Through basic soil chemistry it converted that valuable gold (more than ($US 900 an ounce) into simple euros.

Like any banking arrangement - you're probably getting a mere tithe of the true wealth...

Pity it's in the depths of the garden. You could start one of those 'traditions' where people pin notes to the tree as an inspiration for good luck. Meantime, see if you can teach it to catch notes of higher denominations. ;-)
