Was that for native plants or introduced? Specialist, in some way?

Please advise and I'll see what can be done.

Vetivert,i would be visiting the South island, during november,so if it was possible for me to bring back, some native, and why not, others more from Australia...
So addresses of a good garden center, and native retailer, would be perfect.
On internet,it seems easy to find nurseries on the Nothern island, but not in the S.island.
Are you from the south?
In advance thank you
phil

G'day Phil

No, I'm North Island.

A word of caution here - which you can ignore if you run a commercial enterprise - you may need to get approval from your government agency in charge of importing plants to get stuff in from overseas. I know we have some interesting flatworms with cannibal habits that don't bother us and do upset foreign ecologies when they arrive. Better to do the paper work (you have nearly a year - should be enough time, even for a bureaucracy!!!) and not see treasures taken to the incinerator.

There are some delightful nurseries in the South Island for both exotics and natives.

See what you can find with these URLs:

Merci "Vetivert"for all those precautions, and addresses.
In fact,i am just a visitor, who has loved visiting three years ago a part of the northern island, and would like to do the same with the south island,"much more beautiful"as many say !
Cheers
phil
