WANTED: Christmas lily bulbs wanted

My sister in law wants to buy 100 christmas lily bulbs. She does not have a computer so I said I would post a message for her. She lives in North Canterbury and has a wonderfull garden in a country property and she wants to increase her christmas lily plantings. I suggested that she grow them on from seed but she said she wants to have them in bloom quicly. Any idea of where she could buy these bulbs from. I suggested that she try Lilies international in Levin but she is worried that she could never afford commercial rates.

RE: WANTED: Christmas lily bulbs wanted

There's a lily producer in Canterbury - Dunhampton Lily Fields near Mt Somers/Ashburton. I've bought from them before and been quite pleased (though it was a time ago).

They might have smaller bulbs availablefor bulk planting - or be willing to offer a discount. Worth an enquiry, perhaps.
