The first rose of 2008. in the morning sun. Asit gets warmer the scent becomes stronger and is a joy

Lovely photo . Wish I could enjoy the fragrance.
You don't mention the name though.

After our wet summer, we still have a lot of roses in bloom, even though it's October. No frost yet.

Thanks Inga and Misty,
I don't know the name as I grew it from a cutting from a neighbour.I have two other propagated bushes and they provide joy over spring and summer.They the are also a great cut flower that last a long time.the petals make a lovely pot pourri with a lovely scent.
