RE: Iris Time

Looking good chas, how come your lawn is so nice and green? Mine's a yellowy-brownie colour; all dried up and blowing away except for some 'Sir Walter' buffalo I bought at Bunnings and cut into squares and planted and have to water once a day to keep a bit green. Hasn't rained for 8 weeks or more here!

RE: Iris Time

Yes thanks Bill we have had a wet winter. The lawn hasn't been hand watered since the drought of 1972. It comes and goes and Sometimes I weed some of the rubbish out of it.The front had lots of clay from the fence work but will slowly wash away.
