Hi Belladonna, the best time of year to ask this would be at around easter time when people are pruning their hydrangeas. Whenever I prune I have HEAPS of off cuts, and all you need is to put these in the ground with one of the buds underneath ground and one on top, and they easily sprout. That would also be the best way in terms of posting them to you.
